About: Gringo’s Mexican Kitchen, a vibrant restaurant known for its authentic Mexican cuisine and friendly ambiance, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join their team. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a busy dining environment. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess strong menu knowledge, and be willing to assist fellow team members.
Requirements: Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred; ability to read and understand simple instructions; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members; ability to handle basic math operations with American currency; proficient in operating a computer point-of-sale system; exceptional hygiene and grooming habits; Food Handler Certification required; TABC Certification required
