About: Ruby Tuesday, located at 2053 Chemical Road, is seeking a Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to join their team. As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, you’ll be responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model, learning the menu to explain offerings, making recommendations, and ensuring accurate order input into the MICROS system in a timely manner.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a server or in the foodservice industry preferred; strong knowledge of menu items and ability to upsell to guests; proficient in order accuracy and timely service; excellent customer service and communication skills
