About: Ruby Tuesday is a well-established restaurant located at 215 S. Bragg Blvd. We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to join our team. As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests following the CHARM service model, learning the menu to explain offerings, making recommendations, and ensuring orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS system in a timely manner. Additionally, you will deliver food to guests, check back with guests, provide refills, and prebus stations. Hiring immediately!
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; knowledge of food and beverage service protocols; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
