About: Ruby Tuesday is a restaurant located at 3520 State Street and is currently seeking a Restaurant Server/Wait Staff. As a Server at Ruby Tuesday, you will be responsible for providing prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model. You will learn the menu to explain offerings, make recommendations, and suggestively sell to Guests. Additionally, you will ensure orders are accurately recorded and input into the MICROS system in a timely manner, deliver food to guests, and provide refills and prebus stations. Hiring Immediately.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a server or wait staff preferred; knowledge of the menu offerings and ability to make recommendations; proficiency in MICROS system or similar POS software; excellent customer service and communication skills
