About: The Melting Pot is a restaurant located at 7549 W Sand Lake Rd, currently seeking a Restaurant Server/Team Member for full-time and flexible part-time schedules. As a Server at The Melting Pot, responsibilities include promoting positive guest relations, suggestive selling of wine and food products, following service sequences, serving products according to standards and procedures, establishing professional rapport with each guest, complying with local beverage laws, accounting for all served products, exceeding guest expectations, and performing opening, running, and closing sidework assignments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a restaurant setting preferred
