About: Ruby Tuesday, a well-established restaurant located at 1206 Shelton Beach Road, is seeking a dedicated and attentive Restaurant Server/Wait Staff to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service following the CHARM service model, making menu recommendations, accurately taking orders, delivering food, and attending to guests’ needs promptly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a server or waitstaff preferred; knowledge of menu items and the ability to make suggestions to guests; proficiency in order taking and using MICROS system; strong customer service and communication skills
