Position: Server job
About: Barks and Rec is seeking friendly and energetic servers to join their team and ensure guests have an amazing experience. Servers will take drink orders, deliver beverages with a smile, and contribute to the positive atmosphere of the event. This independent contractor position is responsible for managing taxes, insurance, and legal compliance without employee benefits or workers’ compensation. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering drinks promptly, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively to create a welcoming environment. The ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Experience in food and beverage service is beneficial.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude; strong attention to detail; experience in food and beverage service (preferred); ability to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts; comfort wearing themed attire
