Requirements: Must have 2+ years of serving experience in fine dining settings; friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude; experience working in a fast-paced professional restaurant; desire and dedication to offer fine casual service; ability to think quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment; ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; ability to take direction and execute tasks; high standards for cleanliness in workspace and service areas; willingness to assist with additional duties when needed and be a great team player; genuine warmth and hospitality; ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong work ethic, team player, and customer-focused approach; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success
