About: Kona Grill is seeking a dedicated Server to join their team and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression on guests, ensuring their desire to return. Key responsibilities include focusing on guest satisfaction, teamwork, efficient order entry, food and beverage service, and maintaining high service standards.
Requirements: Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; work experience in high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment preferred; ability to interact in a friendly and outgoing manner with the public and coworkers; capable of standing and maintaining mobility for up to 8 hours with a positive attitude; effective communication skills in English
