About: Golden Corral is currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Wait Staff/Team Members. As a Server at Golden Corral, you will ensure guest satisfaction, promote return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service, create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, anticipate guest needs, demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions, foster teamwork by assisting other Servers, and execute opening and closing procedures along with side work duties.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred
