Position: Server job
About: A dining establishment seeking a dedicated and skilled Server to provide exceptional dining room service under the guidance of the Front of the House Manager. The server will be responsible for accurately taking, processing, and serving guest orders in a welcoming environment.
Requirements: Some secondary education; ABCC certification; Must be 18 years old; Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to maintain calm under pressure and in a stressful environment; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Ability to accurately and quickly perform multiple tasks; Basic computer operating skills; Basic math and money handling skills; ABCC certification within 30 days of employment; Stamina to stand up to 5 hours at a time; Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and walk at a moderate pace; Strength to frequently lift and carry up to 20lbs; Able to work in a fast-paced environment; Extensive knowledge of menu items, recipes, and guest service procedures
