Position: Server job
About: Inn at Carnall Hall, located at 465 N Arkansas Ave, Fayetteville, AR – 72701, is seeking a Banquet and Event Server to ensure all guests have a delightful dining experience at the property. The server will be responsible for interacting with guests, exceeding expectations, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred; Prior guest relations training; Knowledge of proper food handling; Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management; Strong written/verbal communications skills; Positive upbeat attitude/personality; Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision; Punctuality and reliable attendance are required; Proper food safety training and certification as described by law; Experience working with computers (MS Office/Google), POS (Micros, Aloha, etc.), and reservation software (Open Table)
