Position: Server job
About: Bosque Brewing Co. is seeking a Server to provide fast, informed, and friendly service at their taproom or restaurant. The ideal candidate will engage positively with guests, maintain knowledge about beverages and food offerings, uphold cleanliness standards, and ensure an excellent guest experience leading to repeat visits.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required; Minimum of two (2) years of hospitality or food & beverage industry experience required; Possess a Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification or ability to pass the test; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing conditions, and interact professionally with coworkers and guests; Basic financial skills and ability to track inventory; Knowledge of POS Systems, specifically Toast, is highly preferred; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred; Ability to move kegs, operate a hand truck, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; Must possess and maintain valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License and Food Handler Card.
