Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The Server will contribute to a teamwork-based work environment, learn the menu offerings, and ensure a positive and memorable guest experience by implementing the CHARM service model and suggestive selling techniques.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; Ability to provide friendly guest service; Desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of proper food handling and serving techniques; Proficient in cash handling and credit card transactions; Computer and phone operation skills; Attention to detail and efficient time management; Effective communication and listening skills; Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and efficient
