About: Hotel Verdant, located at 500 Main Street Racine, WI, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to ensure exceptional dining experiences for all guests.
Requirements: One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred; prior guest relations training; knowledge of proper food handling; ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management; strong written/verbal communication skills; positive upbeat attitude/personality; ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision; punctuality and reliable attendance are required; proper food safety training and certification as described by law; experience working with computers (MS Office/Google) POS (Micros, Aloha, etc.) and reservation software (Open Table)
