Position: Server job
About: The Server position is part of the Culinary Team and focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents by providing courteous and efficient service. This role involves engaging with coworkers and residents while maintaining a heightened awareness of food allergies and preferences.
Requirements: Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age; Must possess, at a minimum, a 10th grade education, have completed a similar educational level or have sufficient work experience to meet the position’s requirements; 1-year experience as a server/waiter, or in a similar food service environment; Working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures; Freedom from illegal use of drugs; Freedom from use and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace; Persons found guilty by a court of law of abusing, neglecting, or mistreating individuals in a healthcare-related setting are ineligible for employment in this position; Demonstrates effective time management skills
