About: Applebee’s, a popular casual dining restaurant chain known for its wide variety of American dishes, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join their team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in following Applebee’s Ten Basic Service Steps and providing exceptional service to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Requirements: Ability to provide courteous and timely service following Applebee’s service guidelines; experience in restaurant service is a plus; strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests effectively; basic math skills required; physical ability to stand, bend, lift trays weighing up to 25 pounds, and maintain mobility throughout shifts
