About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide excellent food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The Server will contribute to a welcoming team environment, learn the menu offerings to make recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience through attentive service and suggestive selling. Responsibilities also include accurate order taking, delivering food promptly, and handling guest payments efficiently.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 for alcohol service); High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; No prior work experience required; Ability to provide friendly guest service and work effectively in a team; Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Understanding of food handling and serving techniques, along with compliance to serving regulations; Proficiency in cash handling and credit card transactions; Basic computer, calculator, and phone skills; Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and efficient time management; Excellent communication and listening skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility and efficiency
