Requirements: Promote, work, and act in accordance with the mission of Smithfield Station; Monitor and observe guests’ dining experience to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues; Present menus, answer questions, and describe menu items and services to guests; Take food and beverage orders, enter orders into computer systems, and serve guests; Prepare and serve drinks, collect payments, and clean tables after guests finish dining; Assist with reservations, food preparation, and cleaning duties; Attend employee meetings and collaborate with coworkers to meet guest needs and support restaurant operations.
