Requirements: Qualification standards: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; familiarity with menu, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, and restaurant layout; ability to meet personal schedule requirements, interact courteously with guests and colleagues, handle constructive criticism, maintain a well-groomed appearance, stand and walk for full shifts, transport food safely, work nights, weekends, and holidays.
