Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year experience as a restaurant server in a free-standing or hotel restaurant; TIPS alcohol service certification preferred; Ability to meet local age requirements to serve alcohol; Availability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays; Fluency in English, both verbal and written; Ability to continuously stand and/or walk for the majority of a shift, with fine motor coordination for beverage service, table setting, and decorations; Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs, including tables and chairs; Utilize hand and elbow movements for various tasks such as polishing glassware and mixing drinks; Excellent sight and balance for varied floor surfaces; Ability to handle lighted candles and hot fluids
