Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; experience in fast-paced dining, fine dining, casual dining, or nightclub setting preferred; in-depth knowledge of wines and alcohol; previous food service job experience; valid C.R.I.T Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, Suspicious Activity training, and other required compliance certifications
