Position: Server job
About: TGI Fridays in Manchester, NH, is seeking a dedicated Server to provide exceptional service, showcase menu knowledge, and tailor the dining experience to meet each Guest’s needs.
Requirements: Must be able to deliver plates and food and clear tables; Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs; Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise; Must be dressed neatly and well groomed in company approved uniform at all times; Must be able to operate POS system, make change correctly and handle credit card transactions accurately; Must be able to calmly respond to upset Guests and promptly alert a Manager; Must be able to communicate with hearing impaired Guests through written notes; Must be able to assist sight-impaired Guests by reading menus aloud; Must be able to clearly articulate menu items to Guests while taking orders or addressing requests; Must be able to read and write; Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe counters/tables throughout the shift
