Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; knowledge of menu, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, restaurant layout, and orientation material; ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; physical ability to stand, walk, and transport food and beverages throughout shifts; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
