Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; knowledge of menu, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, and accounting procedures; familiarity with restaurant layout, table numbers, and station numbers; ability to meet personal schedule requirements, be courteous, respond to difficult guests with patience, accept constructive criticism, get along with co-workers, maintain a clean and polished appearance, stand and walk for an entire shift, transport food safely over various surfaces, work nights, weekends, and holidays
