Position: Server job
About: Maggiano’s Little Italy® is a special group of restaurants that feel like an extended family. Each location reflects the history of its host city, offering high-energy, full-service dining rooms and elegant banquet facilities. We are currently seeking Servers to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; Menu and specials; Wine list; Liquor list and special drinks; Accounting procedures; Layout of restaurant including table numbers and station numbers; Individual restaurant orientation material including rules and philosophies; Meet personal schedule requirements punctually; Be courteous, pleasant and good-natured; Respond to the needs of difficult guests with patience and courtesy; Accept constructive criticism; Get along with co-workers; Provide a clean, well-manicured persona that reflects the established image of the restaurant; Stand and walk for an entire shift; Safely transport food from kitchen to guest table over slick, uneven surface; Transport food to service a party of 4 in a single trip; Transport food and beverage items from source to any guest table continually throughout a shift; Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant; Work nights, weekends, and holidays
