Requirements: Must be at least 16 years of age; A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check; Previous experience in waitstaff, food service, or hospitality is preferred; A passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety and sanitation procedures; Ability to lift, carry, and serve food trays as required; A friendly, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents, employees and visitors
