Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking a dedicated Server to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model. The server will contribute to a teamwork-based work environment, explain menu offerings, suggestively sell to guests, and ensure a positive dining experience through attentive service and accurate order taking. Additionally, the Server will handle payment transactions, maintain a professional attitude, and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly according to company policies.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to comply with food handling, serving regulations, cash handling, and credit card procedures; Proficiency in operating a computer, calculator, and phone; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities; Effective communication and listening skills; Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
