About: This position is for a fast-paced restaurant environment with flexible schedules that offers a base pay of $2.13 per hour plus tips, where servers can potentially earn around $25 per hour depending on hours worked and tips. The role involves taking and delivering food and beverage orders promptly, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining proper hygiene and attire, and completing all side work efficiently. Responsibilities include greeting, seating, and serving guests, knowing menu items and specials, taking accurate orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, possess basic communication and math skills, be physically mobile throughout the shift, operate mechanical devices safely, lift moderate weights, maintain professionalism, hold a TABC License, and have a Texas Food Handlers permit.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age upon date of hire; Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and maintain cleanliness; Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required; Mobility and full range of movement throughout the shift; Ability to operate mechanical devices safely; Maintain professional attitude and teamwork; Ability to handle cleaning solutions; Ability to lift 30 lb. regularly and 50 lb. occasionally; Maintain personal image and uniform standards; TABC License; Texas Food Handlers permit
