Requirements: Have availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays; Follow all systems, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook; Successfully complete alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training course(s); Be committed to teamwork and have a pleasant attitude; Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines; Have knowledge of all food and beverage menus to assist guests; Maintain accurate guest orders and account for all items ordered; Be proficient in using equipment such as POS terminals and coffee machines; Safely move furniture and communicate effectively with guests and teammates; Service multiple guests simultaneously with multitasking and professionalism; Carry multiple plates and use trays for drinks; Work in varying noise and crowd levels, standing or walking throughout the shift; Lift and move items up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds in general; Practice proper safety guidelines at all times
