Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; familiarity with menu, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, restaurant layout, and orientation material; ability to meet punctual schedule requirements, demonstrate courteous and pleasant demeanor, handle difficult guests with patience, accept constructive criticism, work effectively with co-workers, maintain a clean and well-manicured appearance consistent with restaurant image, stand and walk for extended periods, transport food and beverages safely from kitchen to guest tables, work nights, weekends, and holidays
