Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in preparing the dining room and back-of-the-house area for service while maintaining cleanliness and impeccable standards. Product knowledge is essential, and familiarity with the menu and beverage offerings is required to attend to guests’ needs effectively.
Requirements: Minimum 1-year table service experience with knowledge of service styles and details preferred; team player with excellent customer relations skills; strong communication abilities with a friendly, outgoing, and energetic demeanor; ability to demonstrate discretion, good judgment, and maintain excellent hygiene; physical ability to stand during the entire shift, verbally communicate with guests, reach, bend, stoop frequently, and carry 35 lbs. highchair/heavy trays about ten times per shift over medium distances (20-30 feet)
