Guest Attendants play a vital role in creating unexpected memories and ensuring exceptional guest interactions through knowledge of the menu, golf technology, and attention to detail.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; outgoing personality and ability to make quick connections; experience in retail or hospitality preferred; excellent communication skills; ability to sell and upsell; strong Guest recovery skills; self-motivated and high self-awareness; ability to multi-task and work varied shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to obtain required food service and ABC licenses/certificates
