Requirements: Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food; minimum 1 year of service experience; some wine/cocktail knowledge; high school graduate or some college; current CA Food Handler’s Card; ability to satisfactorily communicate verbally and in written English with guests, management, and co-workers; ability to compute basic mathematical calculations; ability to maintain complete knowledge of service standards
