Requirements: Must provide a minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or the equivalent; Proficiency in menu, wine list, liquor list, special drinks, accounting procedures, and restaurant layout; Ability to meet personal schedule requirements, be courteous, handle difficult guests with patience, accept constructive criticism, get along with co-workers, maintain a clean and well-manicured appearance, stand and walk for entire shifts, transport food to guest tables safely, work nights, weekends, and holidays.
