About: Chili’s Grill & Bar is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Server to join their team. The restaurant is known for its warm and friendly atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service, catering to both guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to stand/walk 100% of the shift, lift up to 30lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and multitask efficiently; excellent communication and customer service skills; familiarity with menu items and able to handle cash transactions accurately
