Position: Server job
About: Ruby Tuesday is seeking dedicated Servers to provide prompt and friendly food and beverage service to all guests, following the CHARM service model. The Servers will contribute to a teamwork-based work environment while maintaining a welcoming and friendly attitude. They will be responsible for learning the menu, making recommendations, delivering food and beverages accurately, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their visit.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age (some states may require 21 for alcohol service); High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred; Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service; Desire to work as part of a team; Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of proper food handling and serving techniques as well as federal, state, and local regulations; Proficiency in cash handling and credit card transactions; Computer, calculator, and phone operation skills; Attention to detail, organizational skills, and efficient time management; Effective communication and listening skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and efficient
