About: Hotel Lucine is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join their team as Servers, committed to offering a unique and people-centric experience on the Gulf Coast.
Requirements: At least 1+ years of experience in a full-service restaurant as a server; Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu items, food and beverage service, and customer service best practices; Ability to work collaboratively with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a successful service; Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds; Must be punctual and reliable, arriving at work on time and ready to work; Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members; Must have an ownership-driven mentality and be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
