Position: Server job
About: The Inn is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Restaurant Server to interact with guests, ensuring a positive dining experience and exceeding expectations consistently. The Server will handle guest relations and resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional service from start to finish.
Requirements: One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred; Prior guest relations training; Knowledge of proper food handling; Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management; Strong written/verbal communications skills; Positive upbeat attitude/personality; Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision; Punctuality and reliable attendance are required; Proper food safety training and certification as described by law; Experience working with computers (MS Office/Google) POS (Micros, Aloha, etc.) and reservation software (Open Table)
