About: The Inn is seeking a dedicated and friendly Restaurant Server to interact with guests and ensure a memorable dining experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: One year of prior food and beverage experience preferred; prior guest relations training; knowledge of proper food handling; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, co-workers, and management; strong written and verbal communication skills; positive attitude and upbeat personality; attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through in assigned duties; punctuality and reliable attendance; proper food safety training and certification; experience working with computers (MS Office/Google), POS systems (Micros, Aloha, etc.), and reservation software (OpenTable).
