Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years experience as a Server in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment or equivalent relevant experience; strong work ethic, exceptional guest service skills, and ability to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences; effective communication and interpersonal skills; aptitude to resolve problems; ability to work in a team environment and independently; fluently literate in English with basic math skills; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to perform physical requirements of the role including standing/walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
