Position: Server – In-Room Dining (Part Time)
About: Terranea Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Server to provide exceptional service to our guests. Our resort offers a stunning location and a commitment to ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their stay.
Requirements: Must have excellent personal etiquette; must be able to work well under pressure; must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written; must be highly detail-oriented; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; must have excellent listening skills; must possess excellent communication skills; must always ensure a teamwork environment; must be able to prioritize and multi-task; position regularly involves lifting food trays plates weighing up to 30 lbs; frequent kneeling, pushing, and pulling; constant standing and walking throughout shift; occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, or ramps; ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays; must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with guests and associates; must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner; must have a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
