Position: Server, In Room Dining – On Call
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated and professional In Room Dining Server to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, maintaining a fine dining experience within the privacy of each guest’s space. The role involves embodying the values of the Fontainebleau culture and providing personalized service to enhance the dining experience for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of one (1) year experience in In Room Dining or Fine Dining restaurant; extensive knowledge of resort services and features; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work efficiently in a team environment; highly organized with the ability to explain menu items and provide exceptional personalized service; flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful setting
