Position: Server, Ice Rink (Seasonal)
About: An Ice Rink Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring guests are served delicious beverages timely and accurately. A warm personality, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable and enjoyable cocktail service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service; Familiarity with a variety of cocktails, spirits, and wine selections to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests; Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar guest-facing role preferred; Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and members in a fast-paced environment; Ability to stand for extended periods and work in cold environments; Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the lounge’s operational needs; Must meet the legal age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages in your location
