Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred two years of serving experience in a similar resort setting; previous cash handling experience required; TIPs certification for alcohol service or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire; developed knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written; proven ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm demeanor; must be able to perform repetitive tasks consistently and adhere to company standards
