About: Little America Hotel, located in Arizona and Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join their Food & Beverage team. The hotel prides itself on providing exceptional services and memorable experiences for guests in a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of serving experience in a similar resort setting preferred; TIPs certification required within 30 days of hire; strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails; excellent communication skills in English; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; able to handle tense situations calmly; physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods
