Position: Server/Host(ess)
About: Bonchon is seeking dedicated Servers to be an integral part of their full dining experience, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed, served efficiently, and leave with a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining Bonchon’s hospitality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. Servers are also responsible for setting tables, communicating the menu to guests, and processing transactions in adherence to company standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to remain in an upright stationary position for extended periods; flexibility to change positions frequently; adept at moving around the restaurant throughout the shift; competent in handling monetary transactions
