Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) professional experience in fine dining or sit-down event service, including synchronized service techniques in a fast-paced upscale environment; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards; Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, menu knowledge, and wine pairing basics; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests while upholding professionalism; Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; MUST own and maintain a pressed black or white button-down shirt, NO facial piercings or visible tattoos
