Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a food-serving establishment; excellent written and oral communication skills; highly developed interpersonal skills; working knowledge of point-of-sale systems; ability to demonstrate competency in all steps of service; strong desire to build knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails; maintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs; ability to provide genuine hospitality; demonstrate proper professional decorum; ability to work on feet for extended periods with high stamina
