About: Margaritas is seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Server to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and customer service, responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for guests. As a Server at Margaritas, the role involves greeting guests warmly, ensuring timely seating, presenting menus, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks, managing multiple tables efficiently, and maintaining a clean work environment while following safety protocols.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a server, waiter, or waitress; excellent presentation skills; strong organizational and multitasking skills; active listening and effective communication skills; team spirit and a positive attitude; flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings; high school diploma (food safety training is a plus); ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time; able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds; ability to bend, twist, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and overhead.
